On Wednesday 10th August we went to the 2011 cross country race at our school. The first race was the yr 7 girls. Once the yr 7 girls got to the starting line they got ready to run. Miss Va'afusuanga said “on your marks, get set, go!” and off they went.
Once they were off we (Nezinli and I) were chatting and talking and once they finished talking Ms Va'afusuanga called us to the starting line. Once we got ready she said “ready, set, go!” and we ran. We jogged mostly all the way.
Tui, Kitiona and I ran around the cones out into the reserve. Once I got to Tamaki College I went back to school where I was jogging with Junior and ran to the finish line. I caught up to Tui and Dakota and I asprinted to the finish line. I don't know what I came but it was fun anyway.
